Reporting Inaccurate Data

If a wait time looks wrong or appears stuck, send the airport code, the time you noticed it, and what you observed on site. That gives us enough detail to check the source feed and catch upstream issues faster.

Airport Data Requests

If you know of an airport that publishes live TSA wait times publicly, or you work at an airport and want to discuss a data partnership, send the airport code and any source links you know about.

Advertising and Sponsorships

For advertising or sponsored placements, email the address above with the subject line "Advertising." Sponsorships do not affect live wait-time data, source labels, or editorial notes.
